I've bought the receiver in your store. In discription it was "unpacked", but in reality in is really used and with scratches. I think that for this conditon price must be lower. I'm your new custumer and I'm not happy, that real conditon wasn't described. I've attached the pictures to this letter. Please, give me your opinion on this situation.
I wrote the massage 2 weeks ago to the custumer servise. Was totaly ignored.
