NO Stars if I had my Way
I have been such a fool trying to order from ComWales. They do not care about their customers, what they think or deserve; they just want the money.
I ordered a hose trolley that as per ComWales website was 'in stock'. After some weeks I decided to find out what is happening. I called ComWales customer service and got an automated message saying that the office was closed due to Coronavirus but that they are fulfilling deliveries. (Someone should have told them that the virus cannot be transferred over the phone).
I sent an email and then another; no reply.
I then used PayPal to cancel the order and request a refund. Then an automated email arrived saying that the item may still be shipped followed by two more 'automated' emails a week or so later telling me that the item has been shipped and if I do no longer want it, I should refuse it. If I did not (and missed the courier leaving the item outside my house) I would have to pay for any return.
I agree with an earlier comment and believe that this is a one man show who sends out 'automated' emails to avoid personalisation, then sources products. Cancellations are ignored and orders are sent out via DHL in my case. It does not cost him anything as the DHL driver (self employed) does not get paid for the failed delivery and return as ComWales does not get charged for it. Refunds take up to 30 days. (Really?!)
NOT my favourite company as you may have noticed and I will NEVER use them again. Thank god for PayPal!
