I called this company after being let down by another company twice, I called Con-fused at 11.00 and they said they would attend between 12-17.00 that day. The engineer called me 1hour before he attended, attended at 14.00. Completed the job and even cleaned up and removed the old light fitting and packaging from the new fitting I supplied. Highly recommend this company and the engineer was very polite.
