We have a gender reveal tomorrow and our package has still not been arrived…. They say that they have attempted 2 delivers, but we have been home all the time. Nobody has rang the doorbell, left a text or note. We are phoning Couriers Please since Wednesday if we can collect from the Depot, but keep making mistakes and say it’s not possible anymore until next week…
Our gender reveal is ruined now. Please do not ever use Couriers Please again… Never experienced such a bad delivery company
