I was previously unhappy with this company due to the price hike I got when my car was no longer on the road and got a smaller and newer car and removed my son off the policy so was going to leave. Today I was with a member of the team online and my connection cut of so was put through to another team member md1 who was extremely helpful and addressed all my concerns so she gave me a great renewal offer and I decided to give them another go. Hopefully I made the right choice, only time will tell. So my review is regarding the grate service md1 gave me today not as the company as a whole.
