Contacted us 10 minutes prior to planned pickup time to tell us they could not provide transfer (from hotel to Charles deGaulle airport).
Refused to refund deposit paid.
They have since deleted the WhatApp messages telling us that they could not fulfil the transfer and to arrange another way to get to the airport!…what an unprofessional company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
