I recommended Connelly Home Centre to a friend as they were helpful when I visited. My friend bought an ex-display shower from them and he was told he could return it if it wasn't the right type. It turned out he did need a different type so he returned it, still in the box. However, he was refused a refund. Needless to say neither of us will be using Connelly again. Very disappointed.
