I was delighted with my blinds. I purchased perfect fit blinds for French doors and duolight blind for a back door window. Service was very quick and product was well packed. Regular communications at each stage of the process and delivery date indication. Only criticism was the instructions that were provided. I felt they could have been a bit clearer with better descriptions and images. For example the online instruction for duolight blind was difficult to understand as these was no explanation that the cords were visible down each side of the window so it was hard to visualise how it would look
