The phone help-line was good and answered our queries clearly before we ordered. The blinds arrived a day sooner than expected and we fitted all 12 of them in less than 2 hours.
We had two opposing instructions, one to fit the brackets to the blind and then the complete thing to the window and the other to fit the bracket to the window and then offer the blind up. This latter proved to be far easier, we are very pleased with the result and ease of use.
