As so often , it is the paperwork that lets things down. The blinds are fine but the instructions need to be considerably clearer. For example the description of which way round to place the 4 pieces that fit behind the window seal. I watched an online video, which was rushed and also used fittings that were not the same as those with which I was supplied. However, I repeat, the blind is fine and easy to operate.
