Great instructions on the website to ensure you measure your windows correctly. Ordering very easy and delivery was prompt and track-able.
Installation was only slightly complicated by the printed instructions and the video on the website for installation of conservatory blinds not being the same . The video is much easier! So far they have only been up half an hour so cannot comment on their longevity - or even at the moment how they look in daylight! However they do look very smart at night from the inside!
