First time customer. I had samples supplied really quickly which helps me choose well. The measurement system was good and works well as my perfect blinds fit well. Came when expected and well packaged. One thing i would like to see is a field where you can define the length of the blind rotation pole, as I have kids and will need to cut it down, but thats me being an edge case. Would highly recommend.
