Hello & my apologies for not replying to this earlier - Very busy time of year. I have been in association with your company for many, many years and have never had a bad experience. My direct contact for the last 6 years, Laurel Moore, is beyond very good. She is quick to respond and always accommodating when things go wrong on this end. Every now and then we get to share a funny moment when I mess up an order. I frantically email her and she always answers in minimal time which I so appreciate as processing orders to vendors is just a small part of what I do each day.
