The quality of the sample labels is great and I think the dashboard will be relatively easy to use once figuring it out, but the initial sign up and instructions have been a little vague when it comes to specifics on how order, format and upload labels and getting samples. My rep has been wonderful and helpful when I ask question via email or phone call. It took a long time for my two sample labels to get processed and shipped (around a month) and it is very a expensive ($80 for those two) if you have multiple label sizes or variations you want samples of. I have about 12 different color variations which would cost me around $600 in samples if I wanted to see every color, and more if I needed to have something changed on a label. I do think their prices for actual labels are reasonable and I like that you can bulk order the same size label and just add variations in different quantities for $10 each. Overall, I will be placing a big order from here due to their color matching, which I hope stays consistent, as I have not had consistency with my label colors through Online Labels in the past.
