Consortiq and UAVAir were incredibly helpful in all aspects of obtaining my PfCO, from finding the right course to do, to the preparation work and the actual course and tests. Following that, they are great to go to for advice when filling out your Ops Manual and applying to the CAA for your PfCO, as well as providing a community to lean on for advice.
