They do nothing in regard to rent increases, they promise all this action but when it all comes down to it they blow smoke up your as*e, obviously just a feel good government front to make renters feel someone's got their back when in fact they're in bed with landlords and estate agents, don't waste your time and just accept that blown out rent increases are part of this new normal.
