On first time purchase to the amount of R1378 (after R500 discount applied) the CARD DECLINED, yet I received CONFIRMATION on my cellphone that the PURCHASE was SUCCESSFUL?
The store consultant tried to put the purchase through A SECOND TIME on a different IN STORE machine, AGAIN DECLINE and AGAIN a SECOND message to my phone CONFIRMED the transaction with my account balance now R1378+R1378 ???
Despite HOURS of telephone conversation, me RETURNING to the store THREE time s over the next THREE DAYS and the poor consultants trying their best to assist NO LUCK nadda NOTHING ... ??? It would appear getting hold of the ACTUAL RCS Card department to resolve this issue IS IMPOSSIBLE ... My conclusion in the end is the harder the store consultants try to gain and hang on to customers, the faster a no good card problem solving department chase customers AWAY .... ????
