I am (after this was) a regular customer for many years. Today I visited Contempo at Springs . I picked out two tops, put them on the counter to pay after hanging the ones I don't want on a steel display near the counter. The lady at the till told me to give her the clothes I don't want in her hand. Why I don't know but her voice and attitude was not nice. I told her I am a customer and she cannot give me orders . I left the tops and went out of the shop because I will not be treated like that. This happened on 15 January 2024 at about 11.30. I am sure it can be viewed on the shop's cameras. I did not get her name but she was the only one at the tills at the time. I won't be back if the staff has an attitude like this. Before this I was always treated nicely by the staff, but this lady.... I am really upset.
