At first I was disappointed about not getting the exact item I ordered and emailed them saying as much. They responded quickly to clarify that although the package was different the contents of the kit I ordered were all there and they’d consolidated all of them. As a customer who’s been ripped off before I don’t like when the item doesn’t match the picture however I really appreciate getting a quick reply and learning i got everything I had ordered in a timely manner! Thanks Contingency Medical for helping me be ready for an unexpected emergency 🙏🏼
