The ease of selection was great and delivery was super quick. I have found all but the chocolate brownie cookies so, so sweet to taste and in future will only purchase the chocolate brownie cookie, the maple pancake biscuit is far too sweet, for me. They are a good size however, and easy to take with me in the awesome little sealable bag provided with each box. I have only been on the cookies for 3 days now and am still waiting to see any real change in my weight....so far only a few hundred grams lost, which is disappointing.
