I have found the Cookies a very easy way to loose some weight with some 17.2 Kg lost over thirteen weeks as I have recommended to a number of friends that have now purchased aswell.
It has made me more active in some exercise and doing small jobs around the house, I am soon to be 76 years of age and feel it has taken a weight off my feet, ha, ha!
