I received the 1 month supply of the cookie diet yesterday. I only had a few cookies so it's hard to give a feedback about the effectivity. I emailed them regarding Auto Ship after a month. That I don't want to be on their auto ship but so far there is no confirmation that I am off their list. I wsh they will confirm that I won't get charged monthly on my credit card. Thanks
