The Cookiediet cartons arrived promptly. I have been on the program for a few days. I had to get permission from my G.P. before I started. So far so good. I feel lighter already as I always overate when emotions got in the way. There is no hunger, I feel satisfied. One good meal a day and I feel complete. I have been rotating my lunch or dinner as my main meal depending on what is on for the day.
