Loving the cookies, myself & hubby doing it together, easiest diet we’ve done. Find it hard to even eat all 9 cookies in a day sometimes, but enjoy our meal at night. Which has gotten a lot smaller since doing the diet. Have noticed my hunger and ability to eat has shrunk heaps. Do have times when we feel we need something to get us through but are managing to lose a kilo every week. Will continue to buy the cookies even after we stop just to have for snacks. Thanks.
