Extremely expensive and totally ineffective. They are very poor nutrition, far too much sugar, very poor quality protein that the body cannot digest, causing constipation, and they make you hungry because you are not eating whole foods. Don't get sucked in. Waste of money. Utter scam. Dr Seigel should be sued.
