I have ordered a couple of items recently (Cooker hood and Combi Microwave) on separate occasions and both orders were delivered very quickly. I had to arrange for an item to be delivered to Scotland so contacted their customer services to arrange a specific delivery date - they were very quick in responding to my email and delivery in Scotland was spot on. Thank you very much. Unfortunately, my combi microwave was damaged when I unpacked it. Again, contacted their helpdesk and provided photos of the damaged items as per their guidance on the website. They were quick to respond and were apologetic. As the microwave was built in, the damage to the outer casing would not be seen so I settle on a partial refund rather than return after I tested that the microwave was in full working order. The refund process was very quick. I would have given 5 stars had the item not been damaged. All in all a very good service was provided by Cookology and the items purchased look great.
