Ordered a bluetooth speaker, was faulty on receipt. I asked for my money back was told I would have to wait at least 3 weeks as the parcel has to go to Denmark. They sent me a postal label to return it to a distribution point in Slough. Proof of posting confirmed delivery, yet they still wont give me my money back. Not once have I had an apology for the faulty goods. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.
