Received my latest two box order and pleased to report no issues with stuff defrosting this time. But, thank goodness I read the brown piece of paper in with the invoice which told me about the new freezer blocks. I have tons of the previous type in my freezer already so was going to ditch these by emptying them down the sink BUT we have a septic tank so that could have been a problem. So now I have these in my freezer too! PLEASE could you try and find something that is okay for septic tanks - I'm sure loads of your customers living rurally are on septic tanks like me. The meat all looked excellent quality as ever, many thanks.
