A seamless service and the fillet steaks were excellent. I also contacted the customer service team to clarify whether the sausages and bacon could be refrozen as they were slightly squishy, and received a helpful reply.
I would prefer the steaks and bacon to be wrapped in butchers paper rather than a vacuum pack though.
