Lovely turkey (many compliments) - but it did need an hour more than instructions enclosed said - and I followed the instructions precisely. However, I do have a food thermometer - so gave it another hour at the suggested temperature and it was cooked to perfection! Organic sausages good too - and salmon. May buy again if I can afford it!
