The reason for just 3 stars is that I overcooked it- it is in no way a reflection of the quality of the product. I meant to order 1 gammon joint of 3 kgs and did not notice I had ordered 3 joints of 1 kg each until I got home from picking it up. This has proved to be just as well as the guests who were coming were not able to because of new Covid restrictions. The remaining two are in the freezer and when I cook them will do so for less time.
