Very happy to see an Organic Farm that offers safe, clean and sustainable meat with odd bits selection to minimize the waste in our diet and meat industry, but I hope the preparation of some odd bits can be more professional and careful before shipping them to customers. So we do not have to hassle so much to clean them.
