Have had great service up until this summer when the frozen produce started arriving defrosted likely due to the heat. Although the company are very apologetic and refunded me for the wasted produce there doesn’t seem to be a plan to ensure this doesn’t happen again as it happened 3 times and I now don’t feel confident to order again which is a shame as I love the organic chicken breasts in particular. I ordered from Coombe as I have to cook directly from frozen due to histamine intolerance. Another company I use to order frozen fish use dry ice and this works really well. I hope this situation can be resolved
