Very well packaged delivery, frozen food arrives frozen, all the way across the country. Great communication. Bought the organic chicken bone broth and bones (chicken and beef at different times) and the broth is fabulous (for health, but also flavour). Making your own broth is a bit of a faff, but knowing I'm using great quality ingredients is reassuring.
