My first experience was really disappointing. Did not arrive on the day it was supposed to, and as the next few days were NYD and BH’s I was unable to source what I required elsewhere for a dinner I had planned.
As the items wouldn’t have been edible by the time they arrived, I was advised a new box would be sent after the bank holiday.
I then received a further email explaining certain items were out of stock and would be replaced. I was not given the option to chose what J would prefer but told what the alternative items were. I emailed to explain the alternatives were not what I wanted and weren’t suitable. Again I was not given the option to select what my preference would be.
I instructed to cancel the order, to which the relay was just ‘ok’. No offer to remedy the problem or any offer to retain my custom.
I regularly use another well known online organic farm and this was my first time ordering from Coombe. Really disappointing experience.
