my order was delivered to the rental house next door - despite careful written instructions with delivery info and despite me purposely being at home to receive it. Didnt to knock to alert that it had been delivered. Compalined to courier who gave me a time slot to call me to take the matter further - but they didnt call me. Unknown to myself the box was sitting in my neighbours drive hidden by a car. Although it was about 4 hours later when I found it the bone broth and one of the packets of mince was starting to defrost. Not very confident about placing another order if you are continuing to use DPD as it seems they are more interested in offloading the packages as quickly as possible and moving on. denise sands
