Simple order process. Good communication from placement of order to delivery. Produce was well packaged with lots of ice packs. Only tried the beef bone broth and lamb bacon so far, but both tasted delicious. Unsmoked bacon had part thawed out during transit. Called CFO and was given advice on storage and safe use. Given rewards points as a gesture of good will. Quality products and great customer service. will be a repeat customer.
