I was a tad concerned about buying frozen meat, but because it was organic and I liked the ethos of Coombe Organic I took the risk. The box arrived when they said it would, it was well insulated and all the packaging was either recyclable or in the case of the ice bags reusable or once drained of the biodegradable filling supermarket recycycled.... so all good! The order was for Lamb rump and some sundry offal. The lamb rump was absolutely superb, full of flavour and cooked evenly. From that experience, I will be using the company again and will recommend them to all my friends who love cooking and beautiful meat.
