Lamb cutlets so delicious and tender - I bash them flat before I cook them and they are perfect Chateaubriand so good we had it as carpaccio and was also perfect Sausages so unfatty and such a good texture and flavour Barnsley chop tender and delicious Duck breasts great flavour and texture I love Combe farm meet so much and can’t really face buying from elsewhere. Things don’t seem to suffer at all from being frozen - my only concern is that sometimes things have started defrosting by the time I receive them and I worry a bit about re-freezing but always have to as my orders are usually quite big. Also I hate having to throw away the freezer packs surrounding the meat every time. Overriding thing tho is that the quality is very special and it’s the best organic meat I can find so at the moment worth the drawbacks of delivery method. Thanks!
