The best professional packaging and presentation of any fresh food delivery I have received. The rolled rose veal brisket looks excellent and I shall be repeating the order. All the other products look superb, however, sadly I am still looking for top quality, solid, coarse cut, 100% pure, lean pork, preservative-free, well-seasoned pork sausages, as available in Europe, especially Italy, but seemingly unavailable even from quality organic meat suppliers in the UK. I was personally disappointed with the sausages, perhaps though this is just a matter of style and personal taste.
