My box arrived on the specified day and at the time sent through, that day. Some of the items (at the ends of the box) arrived partially defrosted. We put them in the fridge and subsequently ate them. Turkey breast steaks and diced turkey were both very tasty, tender and not dry. Just a shame we had to have turkey 2 days in a row. I contacted them and they fully refunded the items. 4/5 because when it's the first order I think they should have gone a bit over the refund (goodwill gesture such as a discount voucher for the next order or a free gift with the next order. It's good marketing, because now all they have done is give me some free turkey with nothing to entice me to re-order.
