The roast prime rib was a grest success on Christmas day . l had followed your cooking guidelines fully and the compliments came thick and fast, even before lt came out of the oven, the aromas that filled the house drew comments but then the flavour, the tenderness, excellent. Nota scrap was leftover, more than l can say for the turkey! Thank you, we’ll be back next year for sure.
