In explanation, further to dpd issues, responded to your offer for earlier delivery on 21st for the whole order. Order eventually arrived on the 23rd, after advised delivery date and time changed 3 times by dpd, and having been on unrefrigerated transport since pickup on wed 21st, according to dpd tracking. Clearly this was not acceptable so refused delivery and had to source alternative turkey etc.
Very disappointed and have emailed yourselves and awaiting a reponse.
