Ordered a Goose for Christmas, delivered on time giblets bagged and fat from cavity already removed and bagged, slightly under weight due to bird flu, So large Organic Turkey Leg and pigs in blankets included for free. Never had Goose before but cooked to Recipe and everyone loved it. Turkey no longer first choice many Thanks Combe Farm.
