A delicious three bird roast which totally made a Christmas Day. It carved beautifully with the flavours distinct. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. And with all the trimmings it would have served 10…. Thankfully for us we were only 4 and so had the delight of cold cuts for Boxing Day.
