Very pleased with the turkey, but more instructions about its storage in fridge should have been available. Mention was made in accompanying leaflets that it was frozen which it obviously wasn't. It was only when I spoke to someone from Coombe that I learnt that ,apart from removing turkey from its plastic bag (who wants to store raw poultry in fridge uncovered) that it needs to be wrapped in teatowels - why wasn't this advice given with the delivery? That said turkey was amazing.
