Haven't eaten lambs liver for some time so thought I'd try it for a change. Cooked it like my mum used to do, dipped in seasoned flour and fried. Had with some lovely rich onion gravy. Very tasty and not full of sinew like the supermarket lambs liver I used to buy many moons ago. Will definitely buy again.
