Fantastic understanding company you have here! Sadly - my parcel was ripped open & contents stolen from my doorstep, due to the ineptitude of the DPD delivery driver....while my family were all at home and expecting the ring of the doorbell which never came. Although No fault of Coombe - they offered to resend the items ordered at no further expense to me. I can't praise them enough for understanding and being sympathetic to my predicament. Great service & fantastic friendly staff. Many Thanks.
