Poor customer services, never was refunded for the full amount of poor quality bacon I purchased. only some of it even after they admitted there was a problem. I even had to chase up the partial refund and was told rubbish that they had not heard about the poor quality bacon then was told totally differently on another phone call to them. I was told people were in the office then 1 miinute later that they were off for the day. I notice when there is a problem the staff disappear rather than deal with the problem In short, they have lost our custom
