I spoke to a man on two occasions ( name might be George) about my order. I told him I wished to CANCEL the bacon and chicken broth from my standing order, he assured me this would be done. Last month my order arrived complete with bacon and chicken broth. I then had the misfortune to speak to some French woman in your office , who had a contemptuous attitude of its only chicken broth what's my problem and why are you bothering me with this ???? She said she would alter the order ? I doubted that someone so arrogant / ignorant would do anything. I was right for last week my order arrived again containing the bacon and chicken broth I had cancelled. Rather than speak to that woman again I tried to alter on line my order , it appeared to work but when I checked the bacon and chicken broth remained. So I have now cancelled all orders with your company, and have received a email from you confirming this, but I would not be at all surprised if a box containing bloody bacon and chicken broth arrives at my door next month !!!!!
